M\u00eame les temps de cycle les plus courts peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s dans les lignes de production enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9es avec le LED Spot 40.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de vie typique d&#8217;une LED est de plus de 20 000 heures. La LED Spot 40 IC peut \u00eatre allum\u00e9e et \u00e9teinte aussi souvent que n\u00e9cessaire. Elle ne n\u00e9cessite pas de phase de r\u00e9chauffement ou de refroidissement.<\/p>\n<p>Le LED Spot 40 IC est disponible dans les longueurs d&#8217;onde 365\/385\/395\/405\/ 460 nm +\/- 10 nm. Cela permet une adaptation optimale des spectres de polym\u00e9risation aux param\u00e8tres d&#8217;absorption de l&#8217;adh\u00e9sif ou du rev\u00eatement UV.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ouverture carr\u00e9e de l&#8217;\u00e9metteur de lumi\u00e8re a une taille d&#8217;environ 40 mm x 40 mm. Cette conception compacte permet d&#8217;int\u00e9grer ce projecteur LED de petite taille dans des espaces restreints.<\/p>\n<p>Un ventilateur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 assure un refroidissement ad\u00e9quat pour un fonctionnement continu. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un flux d&#8217;air optimis\u00e9, il n&#8217;y a pas d&#8217;impact n\u00e9gatif sur le processus.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cr\u00e9er des stations de travail ind\u00e9pendantes, le LED Powerdrive IC peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec la t\u00eate LED Spot 40 pour fournir l&#8217;alimentation et le contr\u00f4le. Pour l&#8217;int\u00e9gration dans un processus de production automatis\u00e9, la t\u00eate LED Spot 40 peut \u00eatre aliment\u00e9e et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par un automate externe associ\u00e9 au
