UVA Print E/P

The UVA Print E/P is a compact and powerful high-performance UV curing unit designed for a wide range of web and three-dimensional printing, coating, and adhesive curing applications. Its versatile design ensures efficient integration into almost any manufacturing process while maintaining outstanding curing quality.

With arc lengths ranging from 100 mm to 1,055 mm and continuous power control from 30% to 100%, the UVA Print E/P delivers a power output of up to 240 W/cm (330 W/cm in cyclical operation), providing the highest intensity in the focus. The unit can be equipped with either parabolic reflectors for uniform irradiation or elliptical reflectors for a focused line of high-intensity UV light. Optional features include dichroic reflectors for IR reduction, an automatic shutter system, and 30% standby operation. Air cooling, quartz filters at the irradiation outlet, and Hoenle’s slide-in technology for easy lamp and filter exchange make the system highly efficient and easy to maintain. Modular design and customizable arc lengths ensure optimal performance for even the most demanding production processes.
