Pure UV

The Pure UV system is a compact, high-performance UV curing unit designed specifically for printing and coating on temperature-sensitive materials. With its innovative reflector geometry and quick-change cassette technology, it ensures efficient operation, reduced production costs, and environmentally friendly curing.

At the heart of Pure UV is an advanced lamp head design that blocks direct irradiation from reaching the substrate, while selectively providing high-intensity UV light for curing inks, varnishes, coatings, adhesives, and sealing compounds across web-shaped and three-dimensional applications. The elliptic reflector geometry, combined with dichroic coated reflector sheets, delivers pure UV radiation across the entire spectrum while accurately filtering out unwanted IR ranges. This prevents radiant heat from reaching the substrate, significantly reducing temperature exposure. With arc lengths of up to 2,600 mm and specific lamp powers of up to 240 W/cm, the system offers outstanding performance in a compact format. Features such as quick-change cassette technology, optional water-cooled barriers for additional IR reduction, and air or air-water cooled housing make the Pure UV both flexible and service-friendly. By combining precise UV output with minimized thermal load, the PureUV provides a reliable, energy-efficient solution for demanding curing processes.
