Equipped with long-life double quartz radiators and gold reflectors, the Hi-Jet G-Line delivers exceptional radiation yield and consistent performance in continuous operation. The innovative cassette technology combines a 6 kW hot air output with integrated IR lamps, ensuring optimal drying efficiency across large print areas. Adjustable blowpipes with up to 20° rotation stabilize airflow on the substrate, guaranteeing even curing while maintaining smooth sheet travel.
Hot air is generated directly at the point of use, minimizing line losses and enhancing energy efficiency, while an optimized extraction system ensures effective removal of moist air. With optional heat recovery, the system further reduces energy consumption. The unique combination of infrared and hot air allows independent control of both components, making the Hi-Jet G-Line suitable for conventional inks and water-based coatings. Internal heating cartridges ensure efficient heat transfer, shorter heating times, and reduced energy use, setting the G-Line apart as a powerful and economical drying solution.
