The JetCURE IR is a powerful and versatile drying module designed for water-based inks, coatings, and industrial heating processes. With intensities of up to 300 kW/m², the system achieves outstanding drying performance while maintaining a compact and lightweight design. Each lamp is equipped with its own reflector to focus IR radiation directly onto the substrate, ensuring efficient energy transfer and reliable results. The module supports both short and medium wave IR lamps, or a combination including NIR, enabling flexible adaptation to a wide range of applications such as inkjet and flexo printing or the sintering of printed electronics.

A key advantage of the JetCURE IR is its dual functionality: it can be operated as a pure IR dryer or easily converted into an IR/HotAir dryer by reversing the airflow and removing the quartz plate in front of the lamps. This makes it particularly suitable for sensitive inkjet processes where unwanted airflow could disturb droplet formation, while still offering maximum drying performance for less temperature-sensitive substrates. With plug & play integration, continuous power control, and quick lamp exchange, the JetCURE IR combines efficiency, reliability, and flexibility in one robust system.

The JetCURE NIR is a high-performance drying module designed for heating processes and for drying water-based inks and coatings in inkjet and flexo printing. Equipped with powerful TwinPower NIR lamps, it achieves irradiation intensities of up to 300 kW/m², enabling fast, reliable, and energy-efficient drying even under demanding conditions.

What makes the JetCURE NIR unique is its flexibility: the system can be quickly configured either as a pure NIR dryer—ideal for use directly beside inkjet heads without disturbing airflows—or as an NIR/hot air dryer for applications requiring additional heat transfer. This simple conversion is achieved by reversing the air flow and removing the quartz plate in front of the lamps. For even more demanding tasks, the JetCURE NIR Plus version combines high irradiation power with integrated hot air and exhaust functionality in one compact module. With its compact and lightweight design, plug & play connections, and low-maintenance quick lamp exchange, the JetCURE NIR ensures reliable performance and easy integration into dynamic production environments.
