LED Powerline Focus

The Hoenle LED Powerline Focus is a high-performance LED-UV system developed specifically for sheet-fed printing presses. With compact design, advanced focusing optics, and outstanding energy efficiency, it ensures excellent curing results even at high printing speeds.

Drawing on experience from thousands of LED-UV installations, the LED Powerline Focus has been engineered to meet the special requirements of offset presses, including greater installation distances to printed sheets. Its unique focusing optics deliver almost distance-independent high intensity, guaranteeing reliable curing results while minimizing substrate heating. With plug-in modular technology, the compact unit is easy to integrate and reposition in the press, offering maximum flexibility. The system provides significant energy savings, no warm-up phases, and instant ON/OFF operation, reducing downtime and wash cycles in printing units.
