The Hoenle Powerline Web is a cutting-edge LED-UV curing system designed for narrow-web presses in label printing and flexible packaging. Equipped with two selectable wavelengths and water-cooled LED modules, the Powerline Web delivers maximum output with optimized thermal management, ensuring consistent curing while reducing stray-light losses through integrated light-directing lenses. Its COB technology enables high irradiance at low substrate temperatures, making it suitable for both retrofits and new narrow-web flexo or offset presses. With a compact 90 x 70 mm design, a maximum curing width of 1080 mm, and zero ozone emission, the system guarantees efficient, environmentally friendly operation. The Powerline Web also supports competitive pricing through a globally optimized supply chain and offers upcoming features such as a UVC (275 nm) solution for curing standard UV coatings without yellowing and an interchangeable lamp unit driven by the same power supply, enhancing flexibility and ease of maintenance.
