At high printing speeds, powder turbulence can negatively affect print quality and increase contamination in the press environment. Hoenle powder extraction systems provide highly effective suction performance, even under extreme powder application, keeping the press clean and ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
The systems are intelligently integrated into the press and can be equipped with optional bracket de-dusting, which removes residual powder by compressed air and immediately extracts the released particles. This prevents contamination in the sheet feed and reduces machine cleaning cycles.
Adaptable to all press sizes, including extra-large formats and non-stop operations, the modular extraction systems feature multiple suction points, variable filter configurations, and efficient powder collection with either disposable bags or powder carriages.
