Separating agent technology for industrial applications

Hoenle has been supplying customized systems for industrial applications. Today, more than 950 installations are in use worldwide – primarily in the glass, food, and plastics industries – where they ensure reliable separating agent application, cleaning, and processing under demanding production conditions.

The innovative ‘Economical Powdering Systems’ (EPS) have been developed in collaboration with IfG Glastechnik GmbH. The tailor-made release agent systems are designed for maximum efficiency, cleanliness and process reliability. They enable the precise and economical application of release agents and corrosion inhibitors in a wide range of industries – from glass and plastics processing to the food industry. Each system is individually adapted to specific production requirements to ensure minimum consumption with optimum effectiveness.

IfG Glastechnik GmbH is a globally recognised specialist in glass protection and glass technology. For over 30 years, the company has been developing, building and maintaining customised systems for the precise application of separating agents and technical powders – especially for the manufacture and processing of flat glass, low-E glass and for applications in the solar and automotive industries. The successful partnership between IfG and Hoenle has been in place since 1995. Since then, IfG has been exclusively serving the international glass market for Hoenle and deploying the jointly developed technologies worldwide.
