Mobile UV Measuring Device PC-M-1

The PC-M-1 mobile UV measuring device makes monitoring the performance of your UV curing systems simple, accurate, and cost-effective. Designed for professional use, it ensures reliable quality control across production lines and maintenance tasks.

Developed in-house, the PC-M-1 enables continuous measurement of UV radiation, providing clear, dependable data for quality assurance. Powered by batteries for flexible, mobile operation, it is ideal for regular performance checks of UV systems, even in hard-to-reach areas.

A magnetic locking mechanism keeps the measuring probe at a constant distance and angle to the UV lamp, ensuring reproducible results without complex setup. The device displays UV dose rate in mW/cm² over a measuring range of 210–410 nm, covering all relevant wavelengths for modern curing applications.

With its 135 mm probe length, the PC-M-1 is easy to handle and perfectly suited for use with all WebCure GmbH UV lamps, which are pre-configured for this measurement technology. Whether for commissioning, routine maintenance, or process optimisation, the PC-M-1 gives you the confidence of precise UV performance data – helping you maintain stable curing processes and consistently high product quality.
