QSO3 Inline sensor
Engineered for High UV Intensity
The QSO3 Online Sensor has been developed for reliable UV measurement of medium-pressure UV lamps or UV LEDs in continuous operation. Both the high UV intensity and elevated temperatures present significant challenges for stable measurements. By combining carefully selected materials with a specialized quartz rod system, the QSO3 offers a robust yet easy-to-use solution for online UV monitoring.
Since measurement values are strongly influenced by the mounting position, the QSO3 is designed as a relative measuring device. This means that readings are set to 100% under reference conditions with a new lamp, reflector or comparable setup. The sensor can be conveniently installed close to the UV source, such as at the edges of the reflector, ensuring consistent and practical UV monitoring in real-world applications.
