The UV Control Integrator is a versatile multi-channel measuring instrument designed for curing applications. It accurately records and displays UV intensity in mW/cm², UV dose in mJ/cm² and temperature in °C/°F, depending on the model.

Equipped with multiple UV diodes and an integrated microprocessor, the device measures peak UV intensity and dose for each spectral range (UVA, UVB, UVC, VIS, UV-LED) individually. This allows not only precise determination of total energy but also a detailed analysis of how that energy is delivered across different UV bands.

All results are displayed on the integrated TFT color display in both graphical and numerical form. Measurement data is stored on an SD card and can be transferred to a PC for documentation, visualization and further analysis. With dedicated software, users benefit from simple data export, comprehensive reporting and reliable monitoring of UV lamp performance over time.
