UV Disc Integrator

Accurate UV Dose Monitoring.

The UV Disc Integrator is a compact measuring device with an integrated heat shield, designed to accurately measure UV dose in conveyor-based processes. By recording the applied UV energy, it allows operators to evaluate the impact of lamp aging and contamination in real production environments. Typical applications include UV-curing ovens, photoresist and printed board exposure systems, as well as processes in the furniture, printing and electronics industries where medium-pressure UV lamps are used.

Placed directly on a conveyor belt, the UV Disc’s rear-facing sensor captures incoming UV radiation as it passes beneath the lamps. The device integrates the dose over the full exposure time and displays the total energy in mJ/cm² on its LCD screen. Regular measurements make it possible to predict the minimum UV dose required for proper curing, enabling timely cleaning or replacement of lamps – avoiding unnecessary costs while preventing curing defects.
