UV MultiCapture Integrator
Compact. Cable-less. Accurate.
The UV MultiCapture Integrator is a compact, cable-less UV measuring system designed for precise determination of UV dose in mJ/cm². With its detachable sensor units, the device is perfectly suited for difficult-to-access areas, such as bottle printing machines or UV curing of 3D objects.
Up to eight different sensors are available, covering a wide range of UV spectra – from UVC and UVA to UV-LED applications. Two display ranges allow accurate measurement of both low and high energy levels.
After each measurement cycle, the data is automatically stored in the hand unit and can be retrieved at any time. A reset function ensures that the sensor is quickly ready for the next measurement.
Regular monitoring helps anticipate required UV doses, ensuring uncured products are avoided. In addition, UV lamps can be serviced or replaced at the right time – guaranteeing stable processes and consistent quality.
