LED Cube 350 IC
The LED Cube 350 is a UV irradiation chamber for use in laboratories or for manual production. It is a versatile curing chamber for a wide range of applications. The chamber has a footprint of 350mm x 350mm which allows reliable curing of larger parts. The emitted available wavelengths are 365/385/395/405 and 460 nm.
The LED Cube 350 IC features a high-intensity and homogenous light distribution inside the chamber thanks to special arrangement of LEDs, and reflective inner wall structure.
The curing chamber ensures highest process reliability with electronic power control, LED failure detection and extensive monitoring functions.

The safety system of the LED Cube IC reliably protects the operating personnel from UV radiation. The door and LEDs are logically linked: if the door is opened during operation, the LEDs switch off immediately.
The LED Cube, controlled by the LED powerdrive IC, is suited for various applications:
- Bonding, fixing or encapsulating components in the electronic, optical or medical sector
- Highly intensive UV irradiation in the biological, chemical and pharmaceutical sector
