Jetcure UV

The Hoenle JetCure series has been developed specifically for wide-format inkjet printing applications, combining compact design with exceptional curing performance. Its advanced UV technology ensures outstanding print quality even at high production speeds.

With UV lamp outputs of up to 240 W/cm and UVA intensities of up to 6,000 mW/cm², the JetCure delivers double the peak intensity of comparable UV units while reducing substrate temperatures by around 30%. Equipped with dichroic reflectors, the system is particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive materials, and lamp spectra can be adapted to specific inks. Continuous power control between 20% and 100%, low standby power, and air cooling ensure both flexibility and efficiency. The compact and lightweight design allows easy integration into printing slides, while quick-exchange lamp inserts minimize downtime and make maintenance straightforward. Available in arc lengths from 100 mm to 830 mm, JetCure offers a user-friendly, reliable, and high-performance solution for demanding inkjet printing processes.
