Lightguide

The LightGuide is a compact, high-performance UV module designed for curing inks, varnishes, and coatings with maximum efficiency and flexibility. The system was formerly marketed under the Eltosch and Grafix brand names. Its advanced reflector geometry and Plug & Play design combine outstanding performance with energy efficiency and ease of use.

LightGuide achieves exceptionally high UV yield through precision-engineered DiCure reflectors, which reflect UV radiation while absorbing unwanted infrared, ensuring maximum curing performance with minimal energy input. Certified with the independent “Energy-Minimized UV Curing” label, the system offers both ecological and economic advantages. With a lamp power output of up to 240 W/cm, LightGuide delivers reliable curing results even at the highest production speeds, making it ideal for applications such as packaging, coatings, enhancements, and printing on non-absorbing substrates. For demanding processes like curing opaque whites, the WhiteCure version offers an optimized solution. Its modular design allows quick, tool-free lamp and reflector changes, while exchangeable reflector inserts make it easy to adapt the UV profile to specific requirements. Thanks to its lightweight, compact housing and Plug & Play connections, LightGuide integrates seamlessly into a wide variety of systems and positions, offering superior reliability, flexibility, and service-friendliness across all UV curing applications.
