Conveyor and cutting belts are in constant contact with product, making them one of the most persistent contamination risks in food processing and one of the hardest to clean without stopping the line.
FBK modules run continuously alongside the belt, disinfecting surfaces during transport rather than requiring a separate cleaning step. The UV-C emitter length adjusts to your conveyor width, so coverage matches your exact line, whether that’s a single cutting belt or a full packaging conveyor.
The external stainless steel switch cabinet is separated from the disinfection zone itself, making routine cleaning straightforward without exposing electronics to washdown.
