Frequent glove changes and chemical disinfectant dips slow down production lines and add ongoing material costs. But skipping them isn’t an option where hygiene standards are strict.
HD300 was built specifically to disinfect gloves in place, during the ongoing production process. Fast, reliable UV-C exposure can fully replace chemical disinfectants and significantly reduce, or eliminate, the need to change gloves mid-shift, without interrupting the workflow.
An LED indicator clearly shows the operating status at every step (ready, disinfecting, fault), so operators always know where they are in the process and the stainless steel housing with protective slats keeps the unit safe and durable in production environments.
