ODB disinfects packaging films with UV-C immediately before the forming and filling process, catching contamination at the last possible point before it reaches the product. The system is designed for seamless integration into packaging lines, so disinfection happens as part of continuous production rather than as a separate step.
Built in stainless steel V2A, ODB is compact enough to fit directly into packaging and thermoforming machines or conveyor systems without disrupting the surrounding line layout.
