VP Packaging Disinfection
The VP Packaging Disinfection has been developed for the reliable and efficient UV disinfection of packaging and can be individually adapted to existing machines and production lines. Its compact design and ready-to-connect configuration allow for easy integration into a wide range of applications in the food and beverage industry.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, the housing is designed to meet the hygiene requirements of industrial production environments. Integrated radiation shielding ensures safe operation by protecting operators from UV radiation.
To maximize operational reliability, the VP Packaging Hood is equipped with function monitoring as well as integrated operation and fault indication. A potential-free fault contact enables connection to the machine control system, allowing faults to be detected immediately and linked to a machine stop if required.
The unit is supplied ready for installation with a 3 m connection cable and durable FS system stainless steel lamp holders. Installation and commissioning are carried out by the customer.
