Some environments, pharmaceutical facilities, beverage production or sensitive food processing, go beyond standard washdown resistance and require equipment that survives high-pressure, high-temperature cleaning cycles without degrading.
FS32 modules are constructed entirely in stainless steel with an IP69K rating, the highest standard for protection against high-pressure and steam-jet cleaning. Splinter-protected tubes add durability during cleaning and handling. Pre-switch electronics sit in a separate control cabinet, with LED indicators and remote signaling contacts for quick function checks and seamless integration into industrial process monitoring.
Installation is plug-and-play with 3-meter cables, and emitters can be replaced directly on-site. No need to send the unit out for service.
