Graefelfing, Munich (pta021/27.04.2020/11:30) - The managing board of Dr. Hönle AG today decided to withdraw the outlook for the 2019/2020 financial year. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the business development of the Hönle Group cannot be estimated currently.

The international lockdown measures and the impairment of production processes lead to a significant deterioration in the overall economic outlook. The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic is therefore expected to influence the Hönle Group's sales and earnings development in the 2019/2020 financial year.

The managing board plans to update the financial outlook as soon as the economic impact of the pandemic is quantifiable in a better way. The half-year report will be published on May 15, 2020, as planned.
